Sheet Metal Equipment

  • Shear - stainless and carbon steel material lengths up to 10’ and up to ¼” thickness.

  • Brake - 1/4” stainless or 3/8” carbon steel thickness with material lengths up to 10’.

die sets including (1) 4-way bottom die or 1 single bottom die.

4 top dies including an offset die.

  • Piranha Ironworker - Hole punch up to 1” diameter in ¼” stainless and 3/8” in carbon steel. cutting capabilities with the same thickness in both materials.

  • CNC Router - Cuts on both X, Y axis. Standard materials are UHMW or Delrin up to 1-1/2” thick. Material size up to 5’ x 10’ sheet.

  • Band Saw - The band saw is capable of cutting 12” wide material to any length desired.

  • Blast Booth - The blast booth measures 25’ x 40’ x 14’. We use glass bead media for stainless material, with a change of media other metals can be processed. When changing material, the booth is cleaned to prevent cross contamination.

  • Power Roll - 10 gauge

  • HAAS SL10 CNC Lathe - features a 1.75” Spindle, Bore

  • Doosan Lynxc2199 LSYB - features a 2.625” spindle bore, live tooling, full contouring C-Axis, sub spindle with live tooling and Y-axis

  • Daewoo Lynx 220C - features a 2.625” spindle bore

  • HAAS TL3 - features a 3.5” spindle bore with 60” length of cut

  • CNC Mill

  • Ameri-Seiki Vertical CNC Mill - features a 16” x 24” x 20” table

  • (3) HAAS VF-1 - features a 10K spindle and hi-speed look ahead

  • HAAS TM-2 - features a 16” x 40” table

  • HAAS TM-1 - features a 12” x 30” travel and tool changing carousel

  • HAAS VF-4 - features a 20” x 50” travel and tool changing carousel
